Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a marketing specialist that’s interested in leveraging your skills to develop and deliver our outbound and customer-facing campaigns? This position requires a well-rounded individual that can oversee of our multi-channel marketing efforts – from paid search and organic SEO efforts to re-marketing campaigns to existing clients. This position will define and deploy content across multiple platforms, with the intent of tracking and turning learnings into actionable insights that can refine our strategy and maximize ROI. This includes efforts focused on our website, paid search, social platforms, email marketing and other avenues. Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with management, IT and creative to drive sales leads
  • Define audience and channel strategy to achieve optimal business results
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategy to drive and nurture leads through funnel
  • Manages Google Adwords and re-marketing campaigns with precision
  • Build, test and optimize paid campaigns on all major platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Marketing Platform
  • Develop a digital, client-nurturing campaign that reaches out to clients to gathers actionable insights, to better understand their satisfaction in our service and send updates about the company, including product updates, relevant news and promotions
  • Create, own and optimize email campaigns and workflows including: list management, email setup, A/B testing, marketing automation, performance tracking and reporting
  • Create, update and maintain regular reporting and share with internal teams

Required Skills

  • 2+ years creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEM and SEO
  • Deep knowledge of paid search-engine tools and bid management systems
  • Knows how to apply a data-driven approach to marketing and growth
  • Knows what tools, channels and software are essential to building a robust, yet surgical lead-generation program
  • Proactively builds, experiments and can exploit growth opportunities that lead to business wins
  • Has a relentless focus on growth
  • Has experience successfully scaling up marketing automation strategies
  • Knows how to A/B test and constantly optimize for better outcomes
  • Must be an analytics pro, able to track everything in order to improve the strategy
  • Has previous experience building marketing campaigns
  • Basic understanding of HTML
