Client Support and Quality Control Technician

WompMobile, Inc. is seeking a Client Support and Quality Control Technician. Do you have an eye for detail, and a knack for troubleshooting? If so, let’s talk.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for interfacing with clients and working with the WompMobile platform to monitor, update and maintain mobile websites, Accelerated Mobile Pages and Progressive Web Apps. You’ll be joining one of Bellingham’s fastest-growing companies and an industry leader, working at the bleeding-edge of mobile technology.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for monitoring the health of client websites, completing regular testing with automated tools and physical devices (iOS/Android phones), working under direction to resolve client website issues, providing thorough documentation and clear communication with colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to problem-solve
  • Bonus if you are familiar with web accessibility/a11y best practices
